Khloe Kardashian opened up about a recent change she made to her diet that made her loose 11 pounds. “I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference,” the reality star admitted. “In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.” Khloe added that working out does a lot for her emotionally, and that it also improved the looks of her skin. “everything looks better,” she shared.
